Privacy Policy
We use the information you give us to do business with you: to answer you, to deliver the work you hire us for, and to run our website. We never sell it, never share it with anyone for their own use, and never use it in a way that works against you.
1. Who we are
eSided Business Solutions, LLC ("eSided", "we", "us") is a Texas limited liability company at 401 N Carroll Ave, Suite 121, Southlake, TX 76092. This policy covers esided.com and the email, phone calls and text messages we exchange with you.
2. What we collect
- What you tell us. Your name, email, phone number, company, role, and whatever you write, say or text to us.
- Calls and texts. When you call or text one of our numbers, we keep the conversation, which may include a recording or transcript of the call, so we can follow up on what you asked.
- Website use. Your browser, device, approximate location from your IP address, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and analytics.
- Client work. Information our clients share with us to deliver a project is handled under our agreement with that client, as set out in our Master Services Agreement.
3. How we use it
- To answer your questions and follow up on what you asked for.
- To deliver, bill for and support the services you hire us for.
- To run, secure and improve our website.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it.
4. Who handles it
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own use or for marketing. The only outside companies that handle it are the services that run parts of our business for us, and they handle it only to provide that service to us:
- website hosting (Google Firebase) and website analytics (Google Analytics);
- email and calendar;
- phone calls and text messages (Twilio).
We will disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order.
5. Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the above and will not be shared with any third parties.
How our texts work, how often they come, and how to stop them are in our Text Messaging Terms. Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people find us. You can block cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works without them.
7. Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information for as long as we are talking or working with you, and after that only as long as we need it for records the law requires. Email us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
8. Security
We limit access to the people and services that need it and use the security controls of the services listed above. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if your information is ever exposed.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
