Understanding how to leverage technology to improve competitiveness begins with an assessment of existing information technology (IT) and infrastructure. At eSided we like to think of technology in terms of buckets as outlined below:
Applications Support Services – ERP, website, data import/export and migration.
Technology Management Services – proactively addressing virus protection, security, back-ups.
Technology Consulting – Chief Information Officer (CIO), technology planning / steering / selection, assessing the business impact of technology decisions.
Reactive Support Services – remote and on-site support, problem troubleshooting and resolution, providing “how-to” answers, emergency support during non-business hours.
Network Administration – resolve issues relating to: Virtual Private Network (VPN), Internet Service Provider (ISP), SonicWall, printer network, connectivity and latency.
